Applying through ASV

How do Apply buttons work?

An Apply button opens the platform’s own site in a new tab, and you apply there. Wherever we have a referral link for the platform, the button uses it: if you are accepted, the platform may pay ASV a bonus, at no cost to you and never out of your pay. Your application, your account and your earnings stay entirely between you and the platform. How ASV makes money.

Do I need an ASV account to apply?

No. Browsing ASV and applying to platforms never require an account. You only sign in to ASV to join its talent pool, for the projects ASV runs itself.

Who can help with my account or pay on a platform?

Only the platform itself. ASV is independent: we cannot see your account there, change a decision, or chase a payment. Use the help center or support contact on the platform’s own website.

I applied and heard nothing. What now?

Silence is common, and it does not always mean no. Many platforms take on applicants in waves as projects open, and some never send rejections at all. Check your spam folder and the platform’s dashboard, finish any assessment or onboarding step still waiting there, and make sure your profile is complete.

Meanwhile, apply elsewhere. With two or three applications out, one quiet platform never leaves you idle. Browse every platform.

A platform rejected me. Can I try again?

Sometimes, on the platform’s terms. Some let you reapply or retake an assessment after a waiting period; others do not. Check its help center for the rule, use the time to prepare with our guides, and apply to other platforms that fit your background.

Never open a second account, or use someone else’s identity, to get around a rejection. It breaks almost every platform’s terms, and it is the quickest way to lose access for good, along with any unpaid earnings. ASV cannot appeal a decision for you.

The information on a profile looks out of date.

It may be: platforms change pay, requirements and country availability often. Every profile shows when its facts were last checked, and if the platform’s own site says something different, trust the platform. We correct profiles as we find changes. If you spot one, email support@asvalley.com with the profile and what is wrong. How we research profiles.

How do I avoid scams?

One rule covers most of them: legitimate AI training platforms never charge you to apply, to train or to start work. Anyone who asks you to pay first is running a scam.

  • Apply only on the platform’s own website, or through an Apply button here.
  • Never buy, rent or share an account. It breaks platform terms, and a shared account can be closed without warning, along with any earnings not yet paid out.
  • Be wary of anyone who messages you first (on WhatsApp, Telegram or anywhere else) promising guaranteed work, assessment answers or a way around verification.
  • Never share your password, verification codes, identity documents or bank details with anyone but the platform itself.

The talent pool

For experts joining ASV’s own pool, for the projects ASV runs itself.

What is the ASV talent pool?

The experts ASV draws on for the AI training projects it runs itself. You join once, with one application, and ASV searches the pool whenever it takes on a project. Joining is free. How it works.

How do I join?

Go to Join the talent pool and continue with Google, the only way to sign in. The pool is for people 18 or older. The application has nine short steps and takes about 15 minutes. Have your CV ready as a PDF or Word document, up to 10 MB.

Each step saves as you finish it, so you can stop and come back: signing in again takes you to the first step you have not finished.

What happens after I join?

You are on the waitlist. When ASV takes on a project, its admins search the pool for the expertise, languages and availability the project needs. If your profile fits, ASV contacts you by email, or on WhatsApp if you gave a number, and tells you what the project involves. Each project comes with its own terms, and taking part is up to you.

How long will I be on the waitlist?

There is no set time, and ASV cannot promise one. It depends on the projects ASV takes on and what they need, so some people hear about a project soon, and others wait a long time or do not hear at all. Joining does not guarantee work. Keeping your profile current means ASV matches you on what you can do today.

Can I change my answers after I join?

Yes, at any time. Sign in and open your application to edit any section. You stay on the waitlist while you do.

What happens to my CV?

It is stored privately, never at a public link, and only you and ASV’s admins can open it. You can replace it from your application at any time, and the old file is deleted when you do.

Who can see my profile?

Only you and ASV’s admins, the people at ASV who run the pool. Other applicants cannot see it, and nothing in the pool is published. ASV will not share your profile with a client without asking you first. Your ethnic group is optional, and if you give it, ASV keeps it only with your explicit consent. What ASV keeps, and why.

How do I delete my application?

Sign in, open your application and choose Delete my application. It deletes your answers, your CV and your account together, and it cannot be undone. You can join again later with a new application. If you cannot sign in, email support@asvalley.com from the address you joined with, and ASV will delete it for you.

Still need help?

For anything about an application, an assessment, an account or a payment on a third-party platform, contact that platform directly. Only the platform can see your account, and only it can act on it.

For anything about ASV itself, email support@asvalley.com: a question this page has not answered, a problem with signing in or with your talent pool application, a request about your data, or an error or out-of-date detail on the site. For a correction, say which page and what is wrong.
