When you are paid. Not verified.    Find a current Mindrift posting through mindrift.ai or a major job board, where Mindrift roles are also advertised. Each posting names the field, the language and any location limits.

   Apply and set up your profile

   Submit the application and complete your Mindrift profile with education, experience and languages. Accurate, verifiable credentials matter most for expert tracks.

   Pass the qualification

   Study the project guidelines and complete the qualification, typically a test or sample tasks in your field. Expect this to be unpaid unless the posting says otherwise.

   Join a project

   Once you qualify, you are added to a project when it has work for your profile. There can be a wait before tasks appear.

   Complete tasks

   Work on your own schedule within project deadlines. Submissions are reviewed, and quality scores affect continued access.

   Get paid

   Earnings for accepted work are withdrawn to the payout method set in your account. Check the payments section for the options and timing that apply in your country.

   Do not draft answers with a chatbot unless a task explicitly allows it. Platforms of this kind treat AI-generated submissions as a serious quality violation.

   On your first tasks, compare your pace with each task's time estimate. That shows how per-task pay converts into an hourly rate for you.

   Act on reviewer feedback promptly and keep quality scores high. Your track record matters for continued access.

At the start of November 2026 Mindrift had live postings for South Africa and for Egypt (CAD and CFD engineering roles, and a physician role), each open to people living in that country. Eligibility for Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana was not confirmed. Mindrift recruits internationally and decides eligibility per posting, so check each posting's location and language requirements rather than assume access. Before investing time in a qualification, also confirm that one of the offered payout methods works in your country. PayPal, for example, cannot receive payments in every country.

Where it hires. Recruits remotely in many countries, but each posting sets its own location and language requirements, and some roles are open only to residents of named countries. No complete, current country list could be verified.
